Our goal is to give the skills that will help aid and prevent mental health crisis and suicide in the first responder population. Burnout, compassion fatigue, depression, PTSD, to name a few, are real. They manifest differently in the first responder culture (including their families) than they do in general population groups.

Law Enforcement, Corrections, Firefighters, Paramedics, Dispatchers, Coroners and Medical Examiners…

First Responder Work-Life Balance Training is a program designed to assist your department in identifying and helping develop a plan tailored to the specific needs of your public servants.

After an assessment of your department’s needs, the program will be developed to offer techniques for work-related stress reduction, debriefing, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and family relationships.

Since every department has different needs due to a unique nature of the neighborhoods they serve and gender composition of their force, trainings can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of your employees. All of the consultations, recommendations and training at the departments are offered at a flexible cost.

Contact Lana directly to set up a pro-bono consultation appointment to identify the unique needs of your department.
