Anxiety and panic can be debilitating conditions to any person. Any level of suffering through these conditions can have devastating results on social, occupational and family life. 

Anxiety and panic present themselves differently in everyone. No case is the same. However, most people suffering from anxiety and panic share one particular negative thought, "I am embarrassed not being able to just control these feelings." Frustration can add fuel to anxiety which can lead to anger. Anger can lead to additional negative behaviors, setting off a cycle of "I am living in never-ending hell." 

During the process of recovery, we (you and I) , determine the best course of action that will help develop skills to effectively manage your physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety and panic. I have been successful in skillfully integrating therapy with meditation and hypnosis.
